(CNN) – "It's still kind of scary knowing I could get sick from breathing in the air from a restaurant. I wouldn't think that when I go in Tasty Burger."
This customer just finished his meal at Tasty Burger, those who had the same idea just a week ago might have been exposed to highly contagious measles.
The Boston Public Health Commission confirmed a child with the virus visited the Boylston Street burger restaurant the evening of July 19th then flew to Florida out of Logan Airport's Terminal B the following day, July 20th.
"And if it's a child they're going to sneeze or cough and their stuff is going everywhere. That makes it worse!"
Early symptoms include a high fever, runny nose, cough, and red eyes. A skin rash usually occurs days later.
It's spread through the air by coughing or sneezing, even without direct contact to the person.
"I could go in the movies where I'm going right now and someone could be sitting next to me. 855 It's not safe! Anywhere!"
